vilerk Posted February 5, 2015 Report Share Posted February 5, 2015 WE slides do not work on TM frames because TM frame rails are longer than WE's. About 5mm must be milled off for the WE slide to fit, otherwise it would short stroke. Link to post Share on other sites
NonEx Posted February 6, 2015 Report Share Posted February 6, 2015 There's that and the fact that TM speced XDM slides rely on the slide-lock metal insert from the TM plastic slide to be in place otherwise the slide lock will eat away on the alu XDM slide installed on a WE. wwjkc Posted February 25, 2015 Report Share Posted February 25, 2015 Well they fit but your slide's front section will have chuck missing, like mine , not to mention a all scratch up outter barrel My SAI XD slide work on a hybrid lower Marui front and WE rear section, fits with no problem, the problem is the AS SAI XD barrel Link to post Share on other sites
wwjkc Posted February 25, 2015 Report Share Posted February 25, 2015 Shown here, this is what happen with you install Marui XDM slide onto a stock WE lower, only 2 shots and this happened Have to polish the upper side of the barrel itself, since it all scratched up, as well as the barrel itself. wwjkc Posted February 25, 2015 Report Share Posted February 25, 2015 yeah no kidding , since we both have the same slide set, what are the chances of that the key and the simplest solution, it's to sand the front of the barrel so the inner barrel can move a little move, in that case the chamber can drop fee that case your barrel don't get all chowed up Link to post Share on other sites
