dirty mao Posted September 2, 2005 Report Share Posted September 2, 2005 from what i understand, some stores just opened their doors to those in need and said "take what you need". i also heard that one or more casinos was uprooted by the flood, floated downstream, and when it or they came to a rest, looters walked in and grabbed the slot machines and bags of money from the vault.
