Sledge
More to the point, why not use either the bad trader's thread, or the most appropriate problems with sales online subforum?

mysticmeg
Can I just poke my nose in here please? You're american, Werner is in the UK. You have paid 1k+ for a gun coming from abroad......If werner is selling everything that was in the pictured, there is going to be some Major postage problems... a scuba tank..when empty weighs more than the gun would I imagine, the gun will weigh a fair bit, then everything else you're getting, the gas rig tubes, the inert rounds, the ammo box...Its a hudge problem....I send a Gas Cylinder to Hawaii it cost me £35 just for that and that weighs less than 1KG...It had to be xrayed in the back of a van, I had to sign a decleration for what it was. The driver had to take it apart to make sure there was nothing in it, and I had to then proove to him that there was no Gas in the cylinder..After all that, I then had to get MORE packaging becuase it had to be ripped open, in all it took 30 minutes for a cylinder... I imagine Werner will have to go through the same checks with the MG, which will be more vigerous becuase of a replica weapon being sent and a scuba tank.. How do you know it hasn't been been stopped at customs somwere? Afterall it is a replica weapon going half way across the world. If I see him online later, I will ask him about this, but Werner is a decent guy, he isn't going to rip you off. Maybe if you tell us anymore information you have..Like PM conversations, proof he hasn't sent it, date you paid ect.
beagle
As said on my email's I will send the gun by this week, I have included free item's for the delay and will post you your number when i have it You may involve the law, But as said, Im going to paint to flashhider Orange and cover trademark's even if it delayed me by a day So it does get to you. I have no more to add, If i realy did try to fraud you i would have stopped emailing you, Or i could have just sent the gun and had it seized by custom's instead i wanted to get the gun to you Thank you very much for your post MysticMeg I have indeed kept in touch with Brad so i cant see how ive run off I have delayed as said because i knew at custom's there would be a problem, So to my own expense i am painting the tip Orange and taping the trademark's The courier wouldnt take such an item, and the specialised courier hasnt got back to me So now it's carrying 13kg to the post office which is 1/4 mile away Postage is 100 which i have generously let you off on And i have included free item's such as the Regulator and new MG3 sling I have nothing more to add, And as soon as the gun is ready which will be this week as i have the paint here, I will send you your tracking number. but in the mean time, Yes do include the law it will definatly give us some good press Good day Werner

beagle
Also to note Brad wanted me to cover the whole gun in tin foil to stall the metal detector's I wouldnt do this as it is illegal and would land me in more trouble So im not the only one Werner
oikoik
Also to note Brad wanted me to cover the whole gun in tin foil <{POST_SNAPBACK}> ROFLMAO PMSL!!!! did he want you to make a hat out of it and send it to him as well?

Sledge
Could Falcon please stop posting the same damn message everywhere? Ok, you've got a problem, but there's no reason to dig up every sales thread Beagle has ever made.

I reported him to the Greater Manchester Police for internet fraud today. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> you're a pillock. beagle should have sent the gun as it is as you want it so quickly. no orange tip and no covered trades. and it wouldnt have got to you, and it would have been your fault because "zomg it wasn't here the day i brought it". would you rather he delayed and got it customs ready and sent by a decent courier - or taped up, 'wrapped in tinfoil' (you *beep*) and prime suspect to be crushed by US customs. hartley
LOL, wrapped in tin-foil.
PlasticMag
Wow... Seriously, dude, it's NOT EASY to get guns into the USA. Beagle seems to be doing a damn good job. Tinfoil, however, is funny as hell... *chuckles hysterically*
oikoik
Ill make you a hat if you want werner <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Ganbatte!! but i want it delivered today, and wrapped in cling film, so man juice doesnt cling to it like all my other hats
sam0096
Falcon your a fool, I know Werner personally (one of my team mates) and I know the trouble he's had with finding a courier to deliver it. Give the guy a chance to get it sorted for customs.

Sledge
So, if Beagle's been in touch with Falcon, presumeably, he's already explained these problems to Falcon?
Falcon
I'm sorry you folks don't seem to want to take this seriously. I have had no problems whatsoever importing over 30 airsoft guns from HK, UK and JP over the last 4 years. The problem is, I am dealing with a 14 y/o kid who took my money and I guess can't figure out how to ship the gun, after a month. $1680 USD is not chicken feed. Its pretty simple. He needs to send my money back or send my gun. Less than that is fraud and grand theft.

Sledge
Shipping replica guns and scuba tanks to the US is a little more complicated than posting a letter. And, as you say, you're dealing with a 14 y/o, therefore it's going to take him longer to get sorted than a company that does this every day. Plus, your suggesting he help you break the law does nothing for your case.
beagle
Like said Falcon on my email let's resolve this like grown men I am 16 if you can count, And i can figure how to post an airsoft gun, New way's need new way's of thinking Ive done many deal's this is the only problem ive had and i am sorry, But like said youll have it posted by this week And judging by your seriousness getting your friend's on another forum to send me abuse is something else Werner
Falcon
There's nothing illegal or unethical about packing it in such a way as to not attract attention. Its no different than covering trademarks, etc. Further, I don't need to help my case. I need my money back or my gun shipped. He's got my money and has not sent the gun. Its that simple. Where I come from, you get arrested and charged with a felony for that. I posted on all his sale threads to let potential buyers know he has not kept his word with me. Thats the purpose of a discussion forum. I apologize for the annoying reposts, and will keep further discussion here to his for-sale thread and this thread.
