Booyah. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Darklite - all 4 versions of the black Hicapa 3.8 have the words "hicapa" written on them... the silver ones don't... It's too bad the black ones aren't blank like the silvers! I saw these yesterday in UNCo... nice little units - 620$ for the silver, 590-600 for the black Al. Link to post Share on other sites

I bought my 3.8 at Shorty USA not long ago and their stockist (my reputation preceeds me at that place) mentioned to me that if I liked that gun he'd be getting new styles in the following week. They know I'm into double gunning. Naturally, I asked him about a silver one and he said that none were in the works and the maker wasn't going to make any! I told him that was a daft thing for them to do and he'd just have to wait and see. Looks like I was right. I was gonna do just what Darklite said - Get one of each, then swap slides for the matched pair look. And I guess I'd have to polish the controls on the black one. Link to post Share on other sites

And guess what... they are using Aluminium Alloy for the slide. It's going to be lighter and more gas efficent. Link to post Share on other sites
