destrukto Posted January 11, 2005 Report Share Posted January 11, 2005 it's not just in the DEEP south that this occurs... but also in the great white northern regions - the snow and the frigid temperatures help preserve the meat I personally prefer venison (deer meat) over beef, tastes better and it doesn't have as much fat on it...
