dannyboy Posted August 3, 2006 Report Share Posted August 3, 2006 The "wood" looks good in picture, but it feels a bit "plasticy".... the internals are also s.u.c.k.s.......crappy plastic gearbox, but it has a TM compatible hop up. the design/ construction is same as cm028, with a little bit less metal parts, (gas block and front sight) BUT, you can always combine a TM or CYMA ak47s with this, it will be a very good shooter after combining. for a wall hanger (or a conversion kit) , it will be very fine. but for a standalone AEG, I wont suggest it. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Dear God, finding that took long enough. That's what gunner said about the one on his site. Nice and honest of him I don't know if the one on evike is the same, but it certainly looks it, and I don't know of any other cheap SVD's. LoL It can't be the same gun that gunner has though if it is metal gearbox. It's one thing to nudge FPS even that much, but you can prove a gearbox is metal or plastic too easily, that could not be a mistake. (With chronos you could claim one malfunctioned etc...) Not a real SVD either but at least its made of wood, that and I managed to fabricate cheek pads.
