Maple-Leaf
Maby something like this http://www.airsoftplayers.com/g3b/g3b_1.asp That's completely different from an HK53 though.

rageman
Its a lot like it. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Its a lot like it in thats its made by Heckler and Koch and is a shortened version of one of thier other rifles. In essences its like saying the Hk53 is like the MP5k.
Nessie
The parts which will fit onto a CA33 receiver with no custom work at all (ie. just bolt straight on) are...The MC51 cocking tube, mp5 foregrip, any MP5 lower receiver (both navy and SEF) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Sorry for the necro but I am working on possibly making an HK53. While compiling a list of parts I wondered that since an MP5 foregrip would work, would an MP5 foregrip with a flashlight built in work too?
Rec
A MP5 handguard doesn't work, at least it's not very authentic. The HK53 is longer.
Nessie
So what would work then? Edit: I found this image from Airsoft Extreme's photo gallery at a Shot Show. It looks like a real steel gun though...Anyone have any clarification on this? Edit 2: I found this and I also found out that the MP5 foregrip is a little short as well, does anyone know what grip would work better?
Rec
Maybe you can obtain a real-steel handguard. Or make your MP5-handguard longer like DocS (from 6mm.de) tried. Sorry, can'T find any pics of it, but it's plastic, should be possible somehow.
Nessie
I thought of something last night: What about taking a TM MC-51 and adding a CA33 upper reciever to it and then modding the little other parts. Is there any reason why this wouldn't work?
Rec
When you mean fitting the handguard with 'modding', then yes
