Squad 701
With the Cybergun there's a seam running up the back towards the top of the pistol grip. Nice photos, thanks for sharing As noted already on the following thread, some RS M&Ps have the seam line on the back of the frame. http://arniesairsoft.co.uk/forums/index.php?/topic/212603-vfc-sw-mp-photo-comparison/
mimesis
WGC is going through stock inventory till Apr 2 I believe, so their website isn't fully updated yet. Order placed on WGC site on Sunday; first packing notice email received Wednesday.
Dj_komodo
any words on the version in tan?
mimesis
Is there going to be a tan version at all? To the best of my knowledge, there was not a tan version of the corresponding compact model. It's WE that does tan. In other news: WGC have now shipped, 11 days after placing order with "guaranteed" in stock...
TheFull9
They did other colours of Glocks, does the RS come in other colours of frame? I know G17s do (presumably 19s?) which would explain the replicas thereof, but I've never looked up the M&P.
uscmCorps
A tan framed, black slide version was shown at Spartan Imports' booth at Shot Show this year. The real full size M&P comes in black frames and tan frames, though the tan framed M&P is the M&P9 VTAC model which includes different sights and a tan slide.

Dj_komodo
A tan slide with a tan frame was shown at the shotshow what I can remember. Not the dual tone... Something wrong with the production that they release only the black one first?
hitmanNo2
Probably along the lines of 'so people want a tan M&P? Let's stagger the release and hope they buy a black one first then a tan one'

mimesis
Arrived in from WGC today. 15 days from placing order (EMS). Overall seems pretty nice. Recoil spring feels a little weak, but enough to get the job done. As with many Glocks, if released gently the slide will catch on the striker pin mechanism; again, as with Glocks, I imagine this will get smoother over time. The pin that holds the different backstraps needs to be handled with care, as it looks as if it could break rather easily. Otherwise cool beans. Bring on the fancy slides, etc. etc. There's already a threaded barrel en route.
