snowman
In the UK carrying something like that is likely to get you arrested and sent to jail while the key chain is inspected to determine if it is a real firearm I know you're joking, but it'd be interesting to know how small they are, because RIFs under a certain size are exempt, but you'd need to know in case these actually violate the VCRA... Cheers.
k30dxedle
It says they're 1/6 scale.
snowman
Imitation firearms which are to be regarded as unrealistic for a real firearm — For the purposes of section 38(3)( of the 2006 Act, the size of an imitation firearm is to be regarded as unrealistic for a real firearm only if the imitation firearm has dimensions that are less than the dimensions specified in paragraph (2). The dimensions specified in this paragraph are a height of 38 millimetres and a length of 70 millimetres. It was the specific size I meant - 1/6 gives an idea, but 38mm is pretty specific... Still a Beretta's 217mm long in real form, so these should be 'unrealistic' Cheers.
Hairy Potter
That's gonna look sweet next to my .50 on my keys.
k30dxedle
According to Wikipedia, the real 1911 is 210mm long. A 1/6 scale model should be then 35mm long, which falls well under the VCRA's specs.
