  1. they can be tuned by adding spacers behind part#42 inside the nozzle. One of my friends chopped an old AEG inner barrel into little rings and they are great for fine tuning the power dependant on the weather.
  2. Mines In customs at the mo, and whilst it may need some tinkering I am glad to have bought one and joined the ever growing band of GBB rifle affectionados.
  3. Okay, less convinced now? to reiterate Ibicos request is this a common problem?
  4. Okay, I'm convinced I'm going to take the plunge and order one from Tactical quartermaster tomorrow.
  5. I bought this as I always wanted to have a slightly different M4 varient but didn't want to pay the stupid prices that Prime charge for a kit and G&G was never going to get my money again after being burnt by the L85!! So when A&K brought out their version I thought I'd have a punt. Just to give you a little background I have had over 30 ACM guns in the last 18 months or so from most of the manufacturers and I rate JG and CYMA above all else including TM but A&K was a new one and I was unsure what I was going to get. The box is unimpressive plain card board with styrofoam
  6. Well i followed the advice given to me by their customer services dept and it still performs woefully. they most definitely are not user friendly and AustinWolv - I can assure you mine does not work as advertised it is duff unless of course you are implying that i am lying. Care and attention is all my grenade has received and yet it still fails to work.
  7. I am sure there have been more people with duff grenades rather than fully functioning ones. I agree that their customer support is good - I wouldn't go so far as to say excellent as I am still stuck with a grenade that even when used as prescribed doesn't work as it should do and that was before it even got cold.
  8. Well it looks good and has a good weight to it but after that it is all down hill! i don't have any photos yet, but will take some at the weekend. The finish isn't awful but there is a brownish substance that is obviously the glue used to join the two resin halves together along the seams and its clearly visible, which does detract from it's overall performance. It comes with a valve key and some thick silicon oil and good instructions, I'll grant you and these are reproduced on the side of the grenade to aid your memory when out in the field. to use it you have to depress the v
  9. Asked the guys about a price to the UK for that wood set, looks real good. Once I have it and if it is a reasonable cost then I'll post up a how to guide. If it looks a bit difficult I'll be asking for a how to guide instead!!
  10. Some photos of the case unloaded. I will use it this weekend and post up some more images and my views then: All images are courtesy of Military morons website Right I have used this case for a number of games now and I am completely smitten! Well in so far as you can be with a case anyway. The MOLLE loops on the inside make it very easy to reposition them where they are required to hold a multitude of different weapons systems securely unlike some gun bags which have the retaining straps sewn in. Currently I use the TCC for one rifle only; my custom M4 CQBR which has an A
  11. I have the cyma one and it is lovely. I have used it in 3 game days thus far in excess of 15 000 rounds through it and it peforms beautifully, range is first class as is fps. the finish is still good even after playing one whole day in the rain. My stock also has a slight wobble to it but it isn't so much of an issue it bothers me. Mag wise it feeds flawlessly off the cyma hicaps i have and also the MAG midcaps although these are noticeably loose in the magwell. A friend has the Dboys one and although it looks very nice I would still buy the cyma anyday of the week.
  12. Just a quick mini review on my 1911, which i got about 2-3 weeks ago. Initial impressions are WOW with even better trades than a TM one as we compared them side by side. In fact where the TM says made by Tokyo Marui, the Bell version has property of united states on it! the finish doesn't look as robust as the TM version and I can already see some wear on my one where it contacts the plastic serpa holster I use. Weight wise, it is good with the mag in and okay without. The mags, do not fit in TM guns or WE colts, but the TM mags will fit and work in this one. The supplied magaz
  13. Firstly thanks to Mike at stockade products for supplying this item for me to review, it is greatly appreciated The bag in Blue but it is available in other colours. It is constructed out of cordura material with excellent seams and sturdy zips, which have the added feature of being lockable,; a nice touch demonstating the detail I-Shot have gone to with this item. The handles have a padded section to them for added comfort when carrying the bag and there is also a padded shoulder strap. Everything about it shouts out quality and good workmanship and you just know that anything you
  14. just avoid the excel 0.23g pellets because unless they have improved over the last year, they are catagorically ######!
  15. I would certainly go for the cyma version over the Dboys any day of the week. Absolutely loving mine. bit scared to chrono it mind you! 370fps is way to toasty for the UK. guess I'll have to crack the GB open. never done a Ver III before, hope it isn't too dificult.
