I know of a few 2nd hand stores in Japan. Normally I would wait with buying stuff untill I go on holiday (to Japan) but due to covid this is now not possible. Luckily I have a friend in Japan who is willing to, from time to time, help me with getting stuff if I spot something I fancy.

Got some new (used) stuff in from Japan: WA Smith & Wesson 1911 Grips are probably going to be replace by wooden grips I got from Shoei. And, atleast what I consider, a lucky find An MGC Keeper .45 elite carry in excellent condition (original grips were also included in the box)

@wolfgeorge I can't tell you really how my personal rifle shoots as I haven't really got the chance to properly shoot her. However I visited the Shoei factory in May of this year (on shoei's facebook page they posted a little video of that visit) and got to shoot it as much as I wanted there. From what I have experienced during my visit I can say that the rifle shoots beautifully and that the specified range of 50+ meters should hold. The new gas system is pretty nice (but users should defininetly read the manual first), although, even though air is technically still a gas, I wouldn't

The very high price of the SAI kit in Japan is probably due to it being imported. Same goes for the WE guns. I was in Fukuoka last October and WE guns we're even more expensive then Maruis (although to be fair, 11000 yen [currently = 76 eur] average for a Marui was pretty cheap to)

I have read the 'full length' thread. I am not in favor on buying the magnum as I dont need half the stuff that is on that gun. I want something which is short, but which can take a full stock once I have bought enough shells to use it as a primary. Honestly speaking my mind goes to the SF but the heart to the serbu -

Thank you, I am having trouble choosing between the serbu or sf model short, but less rounds and being stuck with the front, or longer with 2 more rounds and more options for the forend -

thanks for the compliment. In my experience, many chest rigs tend to lean forward if they are sitting to loose and are heavily loaded on the frontside. This rig is no exception. Thanks to my 6094a slick I can still get a tight fitting for this rig and I try always (with whatever rig I am wearing) to get the most weight on the sides. Adding the 2649E hydro carrier (offcourse with a camelback in it) will improve overall stability if you need to load it front heavy.
