  1. About zero to no chance on that happening
  2. Yeah they are the same dimensions / specs. But I messed up the holes already and because they were not centered and I tightened it down too hard I bent the screws when the countersinking for the screws pushed it sideways. I have since thrown away both the PPS shell catcher and side sadle and starting over
  3. Funny you should mention that. I do have black BBs and I did have a shell filled with them but it looked less "cool" than the white ones as you couldn't see it was BBs. Just a big black void
  4. True but you would either have to do it on a per shell basis on a per cap basis. And there are some differences in fit between different shells that have been used and slightly worn/deformed so... Lot of work
  5. Semi on topic I suppose? APS released some plastic shell covers as an alternative to their original cardboard circles. These are very nicely made, perfect material and color match, nice tight fit and look really cool If nothing else I would recommend these for display purposes. Not sure how they might impact performance and trajectory as the fit is pretty tight My favorite one is the white/translucent one for display because if you load them with different things you can sort of see through the body and cap. Left to right: 4.5mm chrome metal pellets (birdshot, BB), 6mm
  6. Got my APS CAM870 shell front covers a week ago or so and have been tinkering with them a bit. I really like the look of these. Perfect material and color match to the shell bodies, almost seamless fit. Took a few tries to figure out the proper technique to fit them. Doesn't seem to affect BB capacity compared to the cardboard covers. However, I am a bit concerned that the tight fit of these plastic lids will affect output and trajectory performance but it's not something I am likely to test and verify. But, either way, I would highly recommend these, if nothing else then for d
  7. Only one I know of is the Ace 1 Arms threaded outer barrel but it's not available anymore I ordered one from eHobbyAsia as soon as they had them many months ago. http://youtu.be/GIh4VzPHlBQ?t=669 http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/ace-1-arms-g19-tactical-outer-barrel-set-for-marui-we-gbb-14mm-cw-bk.html#.Wc4tUWiCyUk Silver is in stock... http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/ace-1-arms-g19-tactical-outer-barrel-set-for-marui-we-gbb-14mm-cw-sv.html#.Wc4tUmiCyUk
  8. Haha, right, so then you would shoot your homie standing next to you instead lol
  9. Maybe you can make some money back by melting down the WELL magazine and selling to a scrap yard?
  10. Haha. A corner shot but vertical, so you shoot yourself in the knee
  11. Who at eHobbyAsia looked at this and said "Yes, this looks good for web publishing!" In case you can't spot it I am referring to the less than straight suppressor... What's worse is that the gun is tilted down to the right hand side, yet the suppressor is tilting down to the left, so it's like a banana curve http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/eac-umarex-h-k-vp9-tactical-gbb-pistol-cnc-steel-version.html#.WcrN7miCwuU
  12. Not sure how this fits into all of this? WE/WELL AK. Army Force Top Gas Magazine for Well/WE G74A AK74 GBB Rifle - $23.99 USD http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/army-force-top-gas-magazine-for-well-we-g74a-ak74-gbb-rifle.html#.WcrMZmiCwuU Question is, since we concluded that the locking tab is different for WE/WELL how can they say it is for WELL/WE AKs? They also have the WELL AKs not for $128 USD each, 74PMC and 74UN. http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/well-ak-74mn-top-gas-gbb-rifle-g74b.html#.WcrMqWiCwuU http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/well-aks-74u-top-gas-gbb-rifle-g74a.html#.WcrMpWiCwuU
  13. Yeh I had a Maruzen back in the day and this is about 1000x times better and cooler
  14. Sort of an installation guide for the APS CAM870 magazine cradle arms... The darn things pretty much require a full disassemble and reassemble to replace
  15. APS CAM870 magazine cradle arms installation "guide":

  16. You mean like this one? http://arniesairsoft.co.uk/forums/index.php?/topic/216196-airsoft-sightings-in-movies-and-tv-shows-thread-2/
  17. Yeah I was planning on it but we're talking 0.5-1mm movement of one hole max so I should be able to manage I don't think my 6-shell holder sits that far back towards the grip. I messed up so badly with the PPS one that it was out of alignment so when I tightened down the nuts to get a tight fit the screws bent :| Being the idiot that I am I didn't move the holes but rather made them bigger. But the center of the holes then of course remain in the same place so it didn't help much...
  18. Lookie what I got from Brownells yesterday New RS Remington 870 shell side sadle by MESA TACTICAL. Perfect retention fit for APS shells straight out of the box! $36 USD at Brownells.com: http://www.brownells.com/shooting-accessories/speedloaders-accessories/shotgun-shell-holders/sureshell-polymer-carrier-rem-870-1100-11-87-12ga-6-rd-sku100022971-84616-191719.aspx?sku=100-022-971 Metal/aluminum backing plate and polymer construction for the shell holder and rubber/PVC tube for retention of shells. Mine was more like $56 USD from Brownells Sweden but that covers shipping a
  19. Purrhaps. Well actually my rubber paintballs are more like those soft sponge balls you use for Dodge Ball so it doesn't weigh much. Oh wells. I can try shooting some stuff in the chrono
  20. Well in that case I could shoot a .68 rubber paintball through it but that can't be the same as 12 6mm 0.2 BBs flying through the air?
  21. Yeh I will have a look at it. Will test shot count but I don't know how to chrono a multishot load ? I have an Xcoretech chrono but how will it handle 10 BBs coming through?
  22. I ended up cancelling my WGC Shop order because they insist on only shipping with UPS to Sweden and I also realized I am not in any hurry to get another CAM870 or more shells But, lookie here what I got from APS today (bought, not sponsored. Feel like I have to clarify that from now on ). APS CAM870 SF MKII shotgun that I will rebuild to GEN1 and have as my new base gun since I've worn out my current one 800 of the new shell plastic caps. Just had a quick play with some and they seem pretty good and look really cool. And some other small spare parts. I'm really interes
  23. WGC Shop has some pretty nice discounts on the PPS shotguns right now. https://wgcshop.com/content_page.php?search=special&rs=Special%20Offer#
