take the magwell out and see if the BBs will roll freely through it. If not you might want to take a tiny tiny file and clear any burs.

I have two PPA mags wells and I have two Boxes of the MAG midcaps and I have nothing but success. I would try lubing it or different ammo are you able to see what part is blocking the feed?

Personally I would keep it silver, with it black its just too much black on the gun. But if you wanted to machine in lines that matched the lines in the slide i think it would look brilliant
