Still, I don't want to pay a huge pricetag for a gun with a plastic slide (no matter how nice the slide looks). Link to post Share on other sites
NegativeCambre Posted July 21, 2008 Report Share Posted July 21, 2008 I think GBB's w/ plastic slides are the way to go for skirmish sidearms. I love the way my TM G17 and 1911 cycle and function. In its prime, my KWA USP was pretty good, but the stupid reliability of plastic-slided GBB's mean I can count on them during a skirmish, and I like that. Steve Link to post Share on other sites

KSC glocks: have you seen how thin the plastic is on those things? my first g34 lost a lump out of it (thanks to too many times of firing the last round...) about 2 months into ownership and after about three skirmishes (ok, I was using it with a TM shotgun, ans went for my psitol more times than an AEGer might... Sorry, but after using those lovely, lovely metal slided KWA G19s and an even more sexy UNcompany Glock34 custom with ported metal slide, I'll never buy a plastic-slide KSC/KWA glock again other than for display.
