New fake optics coming out of Japan. Apprently the Japaneses fakes are higher quality than the real thing! OK maybe not but they look DAMN good. I do know these fake EOTECH's function like the real deal, even the NV mode works properly. The same company also has a very nice ELCAN DR and some other major models. I can't tell any difference by comparing it directly... maybe except for potential tonal difference, as in, not the difference in colour between mine and what's in the picture, but the differences amongst itself, like between base / protective hood etc, but it's always hard to tell in picture... tempted to say it's real.
