tquilha
If you really want a GBBR, and maximum realism I say WE 416 open bolt (I think they call it 888 now). It's a beautiful gun and will work fine right out of the box. To fine tune it all you need to add are NPAS or flow restrictor to adjust power and a good hop rubber. The main "difficulty" between AEGs and GBBRs for skirmishing is that GBBRs need to be treated almost like the real thing. You have 30 rounds in every mag (as opposed to 600 for high caps ugh), and you need to use single shots or small bursts (as opposed to hosing down the opponents). You also need to clean and maintain your GBBR after every game (just like RS). So, to get a GBBR for a first gun: try the game first, borrow an AEG and a GBBR. Then get the one you like most.
