Ze_Baron
Is this gun any good? http://www.evike.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv..._Code=AEG_OTHER It just seems too good to be true. Also, does anyone know the mAh of the battery used in this gun? In terms of voltage, I've seen both 8.4V and 9.6V, mostly 8.4.
Shao14
I believe that's the same sort of thing as the one from shortyUSA you posted in another thread. Advice? Don't buy it. Or buy it, and tell us about it. The description on evike is kinda humorous. I wonder how addictive is that "drug magazine".
5thElement
Pretty sure these reviews are reviews of this gun http://www.airsoftretreat.com/forums/topic...?TOPIC_ID=77984 http://www.airsoftretreat.com/forums/topic...?TOPIC_ID=79244 Seems not bad for the price, cant really go wrong at that price! Ze_Baron
I believe that's the same sort of thing as the one from shortyUSA you posted in another thread. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> No, this gun is definitely different...its mag holds 70 shots compared to 62, and it uses a bigger battery. But...I think I will buy it, and report back on it.
Rapier
I can tell you with 99.9% certanty that is the BE tech AUG. Look at the page, on the graphic it says the mag holds 70 but in the text it says 80. It's actualy 60+. On the velocity, 280-290 with .12g bb's. It comes with the fake scope just like the BE tech, and they toss in a few extra cells (normal has a 7.2v battery.) And so you know, it is NOT a exact replica of a marui. It still has a low end platic gearbox, platic inner and outer barrel and the body is a cheap platic. All that said, it's still a pretty fun gun for just dinking around. Not going to compete with TM, ICS or CA but if all your friends are using springgers and other low end electrics you will rock their socks with that gun. It shoots 200fps with .2 BB's which is what the hop up is set for. Edit: PS I have put a 9.6v battery for a TM AUG in the ME tech and it was SICK! The ROF was as high as a TM MP5K with a 10.2v battery!
ilikechowfun
this can use .20g?

Lightning10
the gun would simply wear down quicker as you're firing more shots through the gun
airsoftfreak14
I'm going to tell you right now, don't buy it. I've seen it around, some kid was shooting one, and it didn't go much over 25 feet and then dropped. Plus they don't hurt, there just like those tiny mini electrics, but in a full sized body. Rapier
I bet his hop up was put in upside down, rather common problem apearantly. They are actualy surprizingly good for the price. Good "sniper" for LPEG games.
Donut
I have it, and I've put metal gears, new piston, new piston head, new anti-reversal latch, new barrel, custom hop-up (stock one sucked balls...), M100, and a chop job to make it... AUG carbine The M4A1 is a toystar springer I've upgraded. The rail is actually supposed to go on the M4A1
Kingcodez
That's nice. But how did it, and how does it shoot?

Donut
Was... decent 210fps w/ .12 Effective for about 50ft, good rof Now... good, not sure if it's above forum fps limit but it's close to 300 w/ .2 accurate to about 90ft+, slower rof tho. It's good for backyard or first "AEG"
