scooberoo
Interesting post. What's going on.
That_One_Person
TGS fights back at G&P for releasing a bunch of EBR kits duh duh duh.....
orca
Woah that was WEiRD My inital post GONE! Here's the repost: TGS' version of the Sage M14ALCS/CV. It bascially lets you add an M4 compatible butt stock. If the quality is as good as TGS intial EBR release this wil nto dissapoint in build quality or value. I'm confirming if the stock tube has a pass through to wire up a crane stock. Will keep you posted.
dynamic_e
No outer barrel like G&P I see..., but to put batterys up back will do wonders for the balance of the gun
orca
TGS EBR's never offered outer barrels. Keep in mind they released their initial EBR a long time before G&P and at a fraction of the cost of King Arms.
Faint
OMG it is about time I am so buying one and putting my M93B on it!
scooberoo
Nice news! See, even the M14 can be bastardized just like the good ol M16. Hahahaha!
Supercruise
And i just gave in and got a G&P EBR kit... Oh well. Maybe G&P will comeback and release just the back end so existing EBR kit owners can convert theirs to M14ALCS/CV goodness... Maybe...
Jagdraben
The pistol grip on that kit is completely wrong. Carry on. That is all.
That_One_Person
The pistol grip on that kit is completely wrong. Carry on. That is all. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yeah but the gap between the receiver and Tango Down on the original is just plain ugly. This one looks better IMO. EDIT: A Magpul UBR would look hot on this, but it needs an Entry length buffer tube.
orca
Just got confirmation from Bruiser/AEX. Stock tube needs to have a hole drilled through thick aluminum for use with a battery carrier type of butt stock. Bummer but not an impossiblity.
thatguy
Sow can SOMEBODY do Troy's version of this kit:
Jagdraben
No. Troy's MCS is still brand new... in fact, I'm fairly certain it's still in development. Possibly in the early stages of production.
That_One_Person
Yar still a few changes to go before release. How do I know? ARFCOM M14 section..........
Faint
rather have the SAGE
thatguy
But I can dream can't I? Besides this is airsoft... and we all know that airsoft companies LOVE to rush to produce the latest and greatest RS items, regardless of their actually being in production, fielded, etc. Given enough demand the product WILL materialize. Angry
Yeah but the gap between the receiver and Tango Down on the original is just plain ugly. This one looks better IMO. EDIT: A Magpul UBR would look hot on this, but it needs an Entry length buffer tube. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I'm thinking Magpul precision stock myself
guillom
Arf, not mod1 yet :/ But it's a beginning. G&P should do kit soon.
That_One_Person
I'm thinking Magpul precision stock myself <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Oh god can you imagine a Crazy Horse'd M14 EBR CQB (whatever the name is) with one of those stocks, oh man.
thatfatmacdude
It's my understanding that the EBR (Real Steel) can take stock kits intended for the Remington 870/1100.
Jagdraben
It can, indeed.
davedawg123
IIRC, G&P also makes M870 stocks and I read somewhere that they were compatible with their EBR kits. I still want to see an airsoft JAE-100 stock. Slap that on a TM M14 SOCOM and I'll be set.
