Yeah the reason I got one was the same. I knew about the shooters design one before hand but everywhere I looked was out of stock so I dropped money on the G&G one only to find it was pants. Then a week later I spotted the SD one for £15 and had to have it.

I also purchased one of these under the illusion it was designed for the G19. However when it arrived despite what the box markings stated I found that the grooves for the recoil spring were designed for a G17 which I had a friend shape to the G19 ones. However like above I found the slide wouldn't cycle due to the tight fit on the inner barrel oring on the outer barrel. Also the thread adapter isn't worth it in the end. Mine ended up getting stuck in the G&G SS80 suppressor I purchased to use with it. In the end I ended up sourcing a Shooter Design threaded barrel and haven't look

Did you remove any flashing from the inside of the kit? As when I checked mine over the rear bolts of the side rails actually when turned down to far push flashing which messes with the slide but not only that the bolts themselves can cause issues if turned in to much.
