Just received my PDW Engraved version from Ebaybanned. Came with a plastic orange flash hider along with the black metal KAC flash hider, 8" and 10" barrel extension, and is EXTREMELY nice. I am in love already.

Can you explain how you would go about removing the laser engraving? I agree that they are hideous and innacurrate. Alumahyde black?

I realize the VFC SR15 16" is styled after the KAC SR 15 E3, however Correct me if I am wrong, but since the KAC SR15 E3 does not have full auto capabilities, but the VFC DOES have full auto, its an SR16 then, and the trades are correct =D I tell myself that so I don't cry myself to sleep over the trades. (Sorry for the RS chat)

By real I mean the ones I intend to use on the rifle, not just an optic for pictures. But yes, they are replica optics. The scope is part of a $700 order from Ehobby, I imagine they have a problem with the TM 1911 in there

I guess it depends on the user, but I was taught a shutter speed of 1/60 second was the minimum for hand held.

Added some real steel Romanian AIMS Wood to my Dboys AK74. Took a couple hours to make it fit, but it worked out in the end. Its VERY solid. Also wore it down a bit more.

The wood color is a LOT closer in person. Dboys used 3 different types of wood for the gun (Red oak, Oak, and one I can't identify)

Dboys RK-06/ AK74 I stripped all the wood, retained it with Minwax Red Oak stain, and a High Gloss Polyurethane. I then lightly aged all the metal surfaces with some fine steel wool. Finally I redid the internals with 2006-2007 CA Gears, King Arms 7mm bushings and a CA Yellow Piston.

You should do the grip-tape mod to the pmag, it would help with your 2-tone look. an so this isn't spam. My 7" LaRue M4.
