I think it's right with afew exceptions. I am mostly thinking of the Mk12's. Even though the are 'special purpose rifles', the soldiers using them would most likely play a designated marksman role.

I ment it just looks to jumbled...kinda like everything was just slapped on. What I would do: -10 inch free-float rail (with no FSP it will look much sleeker) -Different pistol grip (Tangodown or regular A2 would work) -more realistic PEQ (2A or 15 would look good) -Maybe a differnt stock if you want (like a solid stock or UBR) but the LE is fine

Alright thanks guys, I'll see if those work; If anyone has a Mk18 RIS and wants to take their own pictures that would help too. EDIT: Nevermind, the ones posted work fine; I'll post the finished product when I'm done...

So Luis have you tried drilling out that BCG yet? It seems like it's gonna need to function even patially well... Hopefully the production version of the '09 bolt will have the lightening cuts (and thats the reason why I have to wait another freakin' month for mine )!

An EGLM could look cool with the UBR and MIAD. You would have to mod it to fit on the 10in rail. (or however long it is...)

Good call; the only MagPul I'd ever use would be the PMAGs, and that would only be with a modern carbine. Putting a CTR on your gun would be like putting 24" spinners on a Model T. It may look 'Ok' but it would just be wrong.

Leave the LiPo in the buffer. Cut a hole/channel in the bottom of the buffer tube and on the the top of the lower section. Run the wires through the hole/channel into the storage compartment (leave the doors on). If done cleanly no one would every know.

Very sexy gun although the G27 grip makes me want to cut myself. IMO it makes *fruitcage* awesome guns look really cheap and toy-ish. PLEASE don't take that the wrong way though, I really like your gun, and that ^^ is just my opinion.

Just a thought: Since the massive threads seem to all be for GBBR's, why not make a GBBR subforum in the technical section or in the "Team and Player" section.
