Yello,

So right now I am playing Gorillaz-Clint Eastwood, Nirvana-Come as you are, Live for ever oasis, and hurt nine inch nails.

I can play these by heart on the piano XD!

I am also working on many other songs. But I wanna hear what you guys are playing and on what. If I am brave enough, maybe I will post the tracks on here. Maybe not though lol bit shy about that.

Feel free to post your performances if you want ^_^!

My group and I play mostly Blues and down-tuned rock songs. We're the bridge between emo and hard rock, although we have a definite root in blues. It's mostly stuff that we've written, a few covers, including music from bands like Alter Bridge, Dark New Day, Story of the Year, Thrice and a few others. I play second guitar and do supporting vocals because my voice isn't very strong but I can harmonize really well while playing rythem. For the blues stuff I play bass.

I play three guitars: a Fender American Strat (SSH), a PRS Custom 22 Ten Top (in emeral green, absolutly stunning to look at) and a Fender P-bass. I hardly ever play the strat anymore because of ym new PRS, but the PRS has one major fault- it doesn't have the same "uber-trebel" (as our lead guitarist calls it) voice that my strat does. P-bass is a run of the mill deal with a burst finish. Just a really great bass.

I wish I had a decent recording of us, I'll have to work on getting one but I havn't got one on this computer.

I used to play drums in a band, where we'd play everything from Rock to Reggae, including Jazz, Blues, Bossa Nova, Calipso, Ska. We had drums+bass guitar+clavier for rythmics, trumpet, saxophone, clarinet and flute for melodies and solos. The band still exists, but I had to move around a lot for my studies (spending a year in Coventry among other things), so the flutist replaced me, and many other things changed.

That was the single most exiting and fun thing I had done in music, and I really miss that kind of ambiance! Especially the Reggae track (even though it's not the kind of music I prefer) with many, many, many length of ad lib for the solists to get high on! (and no, I don't even smoke pot!)

BTW Mr.Hyde, Hurt is a NIN cover. The original is Johnny Cash's, and both versions are very high in my favourite tracks list. Especially when you consider NIN's live video...

Not bad, though I think it killed my speakers. I had my volume way up and expected it to be a piano piece Byron...

Hahahahaa, there is a whole other side to my musical expierimentations than the one you know of =P

Sadly I haven't gotten a chance to do much recording of my piano works, mainly due to lack of a good piano for recording.

EDIT: Managed to rummage something up for ya 0.o
