DarkLite
Very nicely done! The only thing that I could nitpick is that the angle of the stock is pretty wrong - it should follow a straight line with the top of the receiver.
renegadecow
^ That's describing the comb on an AK74. RPK has it at an angle with the comb perpendicular to the back of the receiver. Doc has it at a slightly more acute angle, but still ace work.
WhiteHawksan
some epic winning right there. Why buy a readily available ACM RPK when you can spend 2 years and hundreds of hours making it from scratch?
Docv400
Not quite that long! Two years since I started admittedly, but there was a lot of time where it was just sitting in the corner of my Workshop while I worked on more pressing jobs. I realise the angle of the stock is a bit off, and I may do another one sometime in the future, but again, I've more pressing things to finish (and start) in the next few months
WestyIII
some epic winning right there. Why buy a readily available ACM RPK when you can spend 2 years and hundreds of hours making it from scratch? Because nobody else will have that gun, and its awesome to build one yourself! Docv400
Quite! When I started it, there weren't that many around. Plus, it's a hell of a lot cheaper to do it this way, and much more fun!
