Ryan D' Ale
Hi. Lurking noob here with a real newbie question. How do I unload a fully loaded GBB Magazine? If it was only partly loaded, I would pull the spring back and tilt the magazine but is there a way I can do it whilst it is full?
renegadecow
Many GBBs have a secondary filling hole at the bottom most travel of the bb follower, that is to say, you pull it down all the way and put bbs in from below. But you can also remove them from there if you give it a good shake. Otherwise, you'll have to push them out one at a time from the top.
FireKnife
If out after a game I stay in the game zone and blat them out. If not the usually either use the loading gap or if none are present feed each one out with my fingers. 'FireKnife'
CaptCalvin
I um... cycle the slide/bolt till empty and push out any bb's left in the barrel with a cleaning rod.
Horsem4n
I push them out of the lips 1 by 1 with either a pen or this plastic tool I have. Sometimes though, if I can depending on brand and age, I can press them out with my finger tip.
heroshark
Fire into the air while repeatedly saying "allahu akbar".
Ryan D' Ale
Thank you for all the suggested options. I went for the brute force option removing the BB from the lips by giving it a very hard jab with a metal object - the point being there was no gas to empty it by shooting. After 3 or 4 from the lips I went for the rattle method by pushing the spring down (because there was space too after removing 3 or 4). Thank you guys.
Katotaka
I use a TM or clone BB loader to unload, using the side of the pushing pad, slide from the rear of the lips to push BBs out, basically in the same way of the gun feeding from the magazine by the nozzle.
HudsonUK
I use a TM or clone BB loader to unload, using the side of the pushing pad, slide from the rear of the lips to push BBs out, basically in the same way of the gun feeding from the magazine by the nozzle. I thought I was the only one that did that!
Katotaka
I also use that pad rim to rearrange "missing teeth" when loaded from bottom slot.
Cannonfodder80
Possibly a silly question, but why not just fire the gun?
Lone_Bullet
Just rack the slide, bbs will come rolling out ofbthe barrel and can be dropped back into a bag. Only do this with quality bbs. You'd want to minimize the risk of chipping the bbs
Danke
See my picture.
blobface
Agree with the few above that suggests cycling the slide / bolt, don't think the intentional double feeding harms the hop rubber, and I find it to be the easiest way then sticking objects into the mag's feed lips. Katotaka
That will be a big no-go from a safety standpoint, if you're not in "hot" mode or "in-game" . With that said, I can understand doing so won't hurt much, if any, but personally don't like jamming extra BB's into the barrel.
3vi1-D4n
Cycle the slide and feed BBs into the barrel until empty. Thats the easiest way, not necessarily the safest. Otherwise push the BBs out with the back tab of a BB loader to unload the mag. Thats about it really.
