Wingman
Looking for a good replica of the Surefire X300 pistol light. Is there any worth buying (serviceable) and any idea where I could find one? Thanks for your help.
Ivan le Fou
For airsoft use only, a replica is well worth it. There is no real need to spend hundreds of *insert currency* for things that will be used in regular airsoft game. Unless you are also planing on using it on a real firearm that is. Replicas are pretty decent, rather solid and with a good lumens output. They can be bought is most shops: JKarmy, Shootercbgear, ebairsoft, etc...
Got Wood?
Does it have to be the surefire?I use a genuine Inforce APL, and that has a lifetime warranty and was £150. Better than my genuine X200 too
Wingman
Currently using an actual TLR1 and a M3 on several of my pistols. Was thinking about the Inforce for the Glock. The reason for X300 is I'm trying to copy a specific operators 1911.
Skarclaw
I'm in a similar position, looking to get either an x300 or x400. Gonna go for the element - I have two of their lights already and I'm happy with them - sure the surefire is better but for the cost and what im using it for not sure it's 5x as better! £50 vs £270 Cheers
NonEx
There's another problem with these SureFire replicas as well. Most are ACM labeled, but AFAIK they are not all by the same OEM with consitent quality, markings or functionality which makes it a bit tricky to just order one from a random website. If anyone knows a reputable site, or actually "brand made" (as above with Element), SureFire replicas, please let us know
Got Wood?
Does that night evolution company still make surefire clones?
hitmanNo2
Yeah. Night Evolution and Element are solid. Pretty much the same company I believe.
NonEx
Yeh, but Night Evolution ones are actually branded with their name and not real markings. OCD TRIGGERED!!! 😛
hitmanNo2
Yeah. That bothers me too. Lots of people don't care about that stuff though.

Yeah i think so - NE's website links to element and ztac. I think Aimo might be a spin off from element too but who knows.
Wingman
Hope I dont have to breakdown and get the real deal..but it appears it could be the case.
NonEx
Since you are in the US I bet you can find a site with a good deal on a standard real model for around $200 USD or something like that. Could be a worth while investment vs. a $80 USD replica
1st Commando
The Element /NE ones are actually very good . Night evolution and Ztac are part of element
Got Wood?
Just as quick one rather than creating a whole new thread, has anyone tried the Element XC-1 clones? Looks neat with the laser as well but the AAA battery powering it seems a bit underpowered...

Small, solid, markings are accurate, good luminosity.
Got Wood?
Ah okay. Great. Got a 19X and wondering if it’s worth stretching for another genuine inforce or a clone
Wingman
The Inforce does look good on a Glock.
Dj_komodo
I have almost all the compact lights and the TLR-7 clones looks the best on the g19, the APLc in a close 2nd place and the XC1/XC2 is just ok. Great that it takes AAA batteries but the light is not that bright and I kinda have some mixed feelings about the overall look when it’s on the gun.
Got Wood?
I’m gonna make a new thread for all the pistol lights
