doc_newstead
I love it when you go in KFC and say 'A Coke please', and they have to reply 'You mean Pepsi?' Look lady, it's sugared water. Just give it me now...
HaVoC
No, Marmite bad. BAD Marmite! Interesting, by the way, if you go to the USA and ask for a 'Coke' in many resaurants they'll ask you "Is Pepsi ok?". Never really happens over here for some reason. I can taste the difference though - Pepsi is definately sweeter, and not as good. Pepsi...

alark
MARMITE is good news for the nation's slimmers. Why is that? Maybe because when they eat marmite, they throw up all the other food they ate, therefore never putting on weight *AL*
HaVoC
Indeed. Maybe Marmite should make an appearance in the Little Britain 'Fat Fighters' sketch... *takes opportunity to mumble something about bloody Little Britain...series 1 being better...or something...*

HaVoC
By the way, Vegemite is NOT the same thing. It's made in Australia and is weaker, and contains some different ingredients on top of the brewer's yeast extract.
Spedz
AHA there is only one Marmittteeee and any way it's full of vitamins and minerals to keep the body healthy
Ragor
AHA there is only one Marmittteeee and any way it's full of vitamins and minerals to keep the body healthy <{POST_SNAPBACK}> This is conclusive proof that the people that make marmite, fill it with stuff that brainwashes you into eating it. And the strong of mind realise this and despise the stuff, HaVoC_MaN, Vegemite! "proudly made in Australia" it says on the lid? PROUDLY? not many places could be proud of producing that. HaVoC
The Aussies should burn for many things. I hope someone drops some ice on them as a reward for toning down Marmite though Their Castlemaine XXXX adverts are classic too...
joeking27
Shame about the beer though. Fosters is drinkable, when there is nothing else. Walkabout ain't too shabby up north, just gets full of locals occasionally.
