Your price was only if you buy it separately. Its not as much a lie as just misadvertising. The gun didnt fire with .2's when you shipped it, whether you knew or not. Shao14 Posted January 24, 2006 Report Share Posted January 24, 2006 Well, had he not listed the price for his hi caps, clmwrx should refund enough money for the buyer to buy a hi cap separately, or find a hi cap and mail to the buyer. In this case, however, clmwrx listed the price for the hi cap separately, so that's all he needs to refund for that. And since the package price is lower than the prices separately, the hi cap value only drops in the package. Unless you want to be refunded less, there's really not much to argue about clmwrx's offer. Alternatively, you can insist on clmwrx mail you a hi cap without accepting any refund. It's really up to you and clmwrx to reach a final agreement. If I were the buyer, I wouldn't keep any parts of the deal, and send the whole thing back for a full refund if the seller is kind enough to provide that. Otherwise, someone or maybe both sides need to yield and reach some final agreement. Or we can be all just stuck here and making no progress, and so far, clmwrx seems to be willing to salvage a lot of this deal by sending replacement parts (or promise of sending once himself receive the replacement parts).
