There was a reason that I don't normally buy used guns, you know? It's really up to you and clmwrx to reach a final agreement. If I were the buyer, I wouldn't keep any parts of the deal, and send the whole thing back for a full refund if the seller is kind enough to provide that. Otherwise, someone or maybe both sides need to yield and reach some final agreement. Or we can be all just stuck here and making no progress, and so far, clmwrx seems to be willing to salvage a lot of this deal by sending replacement parts (or promise of sending once himself receive the replacement parts). <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well so far he wont do anything with the internals which is what I cared about the most. He is offering to send me a replacement knob for the carry handle and a stock and buffer tube. That is great, but I am mostly concerned with the internals, that is the main reason why I bought the gun. So really he wont budge at all and like you said, you would think he would see it our way and give me a refund and I can send him his gun back which would save both of us alot of time and money. But regardless, I don't think any sales on this forum has any legal force to demand anything. It's all based on good faith. As for the internals, it's hard to say. If clmwrx had other people upgraded his gun, he might not know he was cheated in the first place. And now you have stripped the gun, clmwrx has no obligation to take it back as all the retailers void their warranty if a gun is opened by the buyer. All I can say is to compromise. I have a bunch of carry handle screws, if your complaining about that little screw on the bottom of the hicap, any number of wood or machine grub screws will work, for like three cents, just go friggen get one and stop being a tool. It has been upgraded with full systema internals.(not by me) only shooting 360 to keep a great ROF. And that thing is supposed to shoot 330-360. It pierced both sides of a can( I never chronoed the m15 only the g36) NOW IT'S 330-360? NOT ANYMORE 360 ONLY? It is built more for speed it shoots 360-380. AND WOW THIS IS INCREDIBLE NOW YOU HAVE A 360-380 M15A4 3 lies about the same fact, if you continue to be dishonnest i will need to do a full review about you and clarify all the evidences. I would like to thank HannibalSmith77 for generously offering to send me the screw I need. All in all, this is what I accomplished in this ordeal. -Gun does not work with .2 BB's (double feeds) (refuses to take responsibility for this since he doesnt use .2's?) -Battery sent with the gun does not charge -Never received one of the screws that goes into the carry handle (never received) -Never received the hicap as promised (awaiting payment) -Took over a week to ship the gun I would think twice before dealing with this retard. -Jwbehm Link to post Share on other sites
