***Ice***
Searched; and couldn't find any duplicate thread. After the M14 clones came out from Kart and DE/AGM it was just a matter of time. Ice

ghost_x3
So the only companies making the socom are AIM and JG? I thought UTG was too, but I probably confused that with the M-14.
Noodle_2000
Wow... I just checked out their website to see if there was any info... looks like something off of a Zombie Movie. Kinda creepy really. But anyways, UTG Re-brands. They don't make. With the exception of their new M4's coming out... assembled in the US. (or so I hear) But yes, UTG is coming out with a Re-brand. Mike_West
I got the news that Cyma is making a SOC16 too. I don't know, maybe it'll be AGM, Kart and Cyma? Plus, there's an EBR in the works as well, but I don't know the manufacturer yet.
ghost_x3
Hmm...any news on the release date?
reymon
Any more News on the EBR? Is it made of Metal or just a piece of cheap plastic? Because this is an Item i`m really looking forward to. Do you know if it is a standalone Airsoftgun or just a Kit for, let`s say a AGM M14? Because if it is a kit i would order a AGM 14 immediately and if not I´m an Idiot becaus of not waiting till the EBR is in Stock. So this takes me to my last question: When When When ???? mfg REyMON (--)
lord_marmite
I want SOC16, to go with my AGM M14, I'm going for the M14 collection!
Mike_West
Hmm...any news on the release date?<{POST_SNAPBACK}> March for both SOCOM and EBR. EBR most probably be a whole gun, not a kit.
reymon
It would be interesting if it`s possible to switch the Internals from an EBR into a Woodstock. This would be great!!! mfg RM (--)
Hobbit SWAT
An ebr? I just crapped my pants. That is on of my favorite real steesl of all time. As long as its at least halfway decent and not complete cack.
[-=O=-]^{Woozie}
oh btw, at the end, he didn't said JG. He told the camera the gun is stock, then ask where is the safety on the M14. Woozie
CelticKnots
Just saw this on Airsoft-new.eu KART: M14 SOCOM First in line of Chinese clones of M14 SOCOM is version from KART. Faux wood is somewhat out of the place, but that can easily be fixed with a coat of spray paint. Apparently it comes with red dot, news courtesy of Shirley Toys.
Gigueand
Hmm, the wood actually is growing on me a bit... (err, no pun intended).

chairmanmao
I've already seen pics of the Kart M14 socom clone somewhere. So it's already out. And there r actually 3 m14 clones available in the market: Kart M66, MP(AGM) 008, and Cyma 032. U can see the comparison of these guns here: http://www.power-dy.com/show.aspx?id=932&cid=6 Just take a look at the pics if u don't know chinese. Some points worth noticing: 1. The trigger safety of MP008 is made wrong. 2. Cyma 032 uses copper bushings.... a blessing? 3. Cyma 032 clone is the closest to Marui TM. The nozzle, cylinder, tappet plate and the gears r mostly the same. MP 008, Kart 66 uses ordinary v2,v3 gears so their spur gear is larger. It's more expensive and has fewer choices to buy specific m14 gears so Cyma 032 may not be a good choice if u wanna upgrade the gears. If u want a closer clone to TM M14, get the Cyma 032. These clones will eventually debut the socom so let's wait some more.
