chas
As much as I love chinese accesories, they already cost almost as much as the traditional aftermarket accesories' producers' procducts. I must admit these look pretty sweet though. 1) Mk46 barrel for A&K and CA (I suppose) M249s. The not needed aluminium drives the price up to... 96$!!! What the heck!? its just a friggin outer barrel and a flash hider, it shouldnt cost more than 40 bucks. http://www.gunnerairsoft.com/catalog/produ...b3ca1d429693c39 2) Daniel Defense 9" free floating rail with markings. Looks pretty sweet, but 93$? hmm.... http://www.gunnerairsoft.com/catalog/produ...b3ca1d429693c39 3) LaRue Eotech mount. I dont know what this is exactly for, but Im guessing its just to rise your scope. Its in wide use with the "Gucci-AR15" crowd. And looks nice on Gucci-M4 replicas! http://www.gunnerairsoft.com/catalog/produ...b3ca1d429693c39 4) LaRue Aimpoint QD mount. Definetely not my taste, but I know others will love it. http://www.gunnerairsoft.com/catalog/produ...roducts_id=1157
amateurstuntman
from the looks of it the larue eotech mount has a place for the eotech and a place for a flip to side magnifier to put them at the correct relative hight.
orca
from the looks of it the larue eotech mount has a place for the eotech and a place for a flip to side magnifier to put them at the correct relative hight. That's rear riser is actually to accomodate a twist base magnifier or PVS. Side flips would be too high unless you found a purpose built low profile one.
statikzero
I am still trying to figure out the phillips screws (???) in the DD rail.

master_titled
MOAR Chinese M249 stuff please! Seriously though, why haven't they done more accessories? such as the rail systems at a cheap *albatross* price... :/
chas
MOAR Chinese M249 stuff please! Seriously though, why haven't they done more accessories? such as the rail systems at a cheap *albatross* price... :/ Yeah, well, about that... Fung told me it doesnt look like anyone is going to make one soon. He's going to sell CA's soon himself, so.... Anyway: the G&P one is 72$ on WGC. Seeing as the cheapest chines M4 rail is 38$, if they made one it would probabily cost around 60ish$; Id rather get the G&P one, with better finish, rail pannels and grip. But you would have to pay for the seperate shipping on the other hand.
uscmCorps
I am still trying to figure out the phillips screws (???) in the DD rail. You'd think for that price they'd at least spring for the correct Hex screws. The MK18 RIS II is actually a 9.5" Rail, not a 9" rail. I wonder if they got the description wrong or if it really is too short?

I wonder if they got the description wrong or if it really is too short? it would seem that they are mixing up the ar15 9.0 lite rail and the MK18 RIS II
bluntshooter
the Phillips screws are because of the new mounting system (madbull copy i think) i saw a shopkeeper fiddling with in in one of the shops here., looks good

poison123
The point of the larue mount is its a QD that will keep your zero intact when switching between optics. I've got 2 setups for my RS AR, CQB with a 552 Eotech, and competition shooting for my scope. I switch between them pretty regularly and I've got larue mounts on both. Neither has ever lost their zero do to swapping and be slightly off on where they were sitting before. Support america and buy the real deal.

Hispeed1
This looks like a better replica of the DD lite rail http://www.boomarms.com/sc/viewproductdeta...?ProductID=2408 Chinese manufacturing-simply amazing... Hispeed1
The MK18 RIS 2 at Gunners looks like its black in color. That same rail is dark earth at Boom Arms...
Hispeed1
By the way, I have that replica LaRue Eotech riser mount-its great for the 551/551 because it's get's the holosight a little higher to you line of sight. I also have the RS Larue M68 (Aimpoint) mount. It's great because it's quick detach and your mount won't fall off just like if the ARMS mount lever gets caught on some gear. The Larue mounts have a locking mechanism on the quick-detach lever and you can adjust the tension on it to fit non-Picatinny spec rails.
Hispeed1
To all: I want to know if the replica DD MK18 RIS 2 rail on the websites of Gunner, Airsoft Global & Boom Arms the same exact thing? Same manufacturer right? Pics look different on all their sites. Feedback please. Thanks.
chas
Highly likely: what are the odds of 2 (or even 3) different chinese companies coming out with the same product at the same time?
tosuzu
Might consider getting the shorter barrel but keep the fixed stock just like the real M249.

The pictures of the MK18 rail on Gunner show it being black and FDE. Anyone know what color it actually is?
