  1. LOL sounds like way too much work. I did use epoxy and bondo for the body. As for making it seamless i just worked on it like working on a car body. Its still not perfect but looks decent.
  2. Yes its the First Factory it along with a PSG1 foregrip. Yes it would look better if i had a larger STANAG mounted scope, but the only other replicated STANAG scope out there is the one on the PSG1
  3. Aimpoints FTW! The M4, M3 in 2 MOA and the T1 are top-notch! ACOGs are good...but my buddy tells me they have bad eye relief (he sold his the first week he had it, USMC standard issue). The Accupoint is a better choice for real world shooting (on 1.5 mag its good for quick acquisition). And NOT shooting over 50yrds with an AR?!! are you crazy? Youd shoot over 50yrds in a lot of situations. And i dont know about you...but here in socal we have a nice 1000yrd range lol
  4. Thanks! Just keep in mind that modding the body is the easy part...the tricky part is getting the hop up unit the right length to feed from a m4-style mag. This piece will be going up for sale once its completed.
  5. Pshhh....i use pmags for my real AR and i LOVE them! lol. If i was still into airsofting id use pmags just cuz i love the real ones.
  6. Yeah plus its a metal body! the hop up unit was modified as well to work with m4 mags. and the gearbox is still accessible thanks to the QD design of ICS. Heres a closer crappy pic of the body
  7. Thanks. Yeah it was an SD but i made them smooth (they use to have a built in vert grip out of a MP5 grip). Im thinking PMAG would be the best fit
  8. AND it also allows the user to lock the bolt to the rear using the trigger finger...nifty
  9. My Mp5/M4 fusion. Its about 80% finished
  10. Ive worn my MC gear with my ACU's...doesnt look to bad. Ill have to get a pic for you sometime
  11. This is my rig i use to wear airsofting that i now use for running drills at the range and what not. hopefully it will get put to use on teh airsoft field again soon. The forget the make of teh belt but its padded with back support and HSGi suspenders, triple mag shingle, double pistol mag pouch, double smoke pouch which holds my trusty gatorade , a silencer pouch which holds my cleaning kit, a utility pouch with tools, and a single magazine pouch. The muffs are Peltor tac 6's with my MC paint job done to them and a Mc sleeve i made for teh band. Oh and not really GEAR...but my
  12. I dont have a RIS m203 but i have a M4 commando with a short m203.
  13. ahh yes...well then i stand corrected. Nice work on shortening the gas tube to hide inside the rail system like the real MRP.
  14. really i havent seen the LMT upper in the airsoft world. But ive seen plenty of AR-15's with the LMT MRP upper. Plus i didnt think a replica MRP would have the LMT stamp on it or the gas tube with the low profile gas block. Also the two trigger unit pins are the same size...typically on an airsoft gun one of them is fake and the one that is actually a pin is smaller. And from what i can tell in teh pic the mag release does not have a screw in it (real ones dont have screws).
  15. Aren't we not suppose to post pics of real steal?
  16. my m4..green looks bright due to the flash..ill get some pics of it in the day light
  17. My m4 with some of my gear (the green looks darker in teh pic due to the flash).
  18. yeah but its still ugly...could be uglier...but still ugly
  19. Yeah i did mine myself since i was making a longer Hicap. But you can buy Midcaps that are that length.
  20. My gf's sig552. 9.6v battery fitted into the foregrip, aimpoint, and unfinished extended hicap since 230rnds isnt enough. New hicap holds aroudn 400 but is not finished cosmetically.
  21. Get locking pins that scew secure
