thanks. I put a lot of thought into how i wanted my 1911 set up. At first i wanted a 5" silver bull barrel. All black with jsut the side of the slide polished leaving the front and rear serations half black/silver and some wood grips. Oh and of course i wanted SA markings But after going to the shooting range i found that a shorter barrel 1911 looked better on me. After going to an airsoft shop and picking up a bobtail i really like the grip and thus my search began for a shorter then 5" slide for a WA with Springfield Armory markings. nope but close. the only thread i havent seen is one for the 2011's when u think about it they got some really pretty 2011's out there. Take for instance the ones that were recently on the new page. i think they were WE hicaps with a dragon set up and all other pretty stuff. then theres the stock 2011's like those new wa sv's with the scw ver2 set up lovein the 5" and that nice cut on the slide that continues on to the extended dust cover. yuummmy.

boy i got something for you lol due to a custom gun plan from a friend that ended up going south i ended up with something very nice. A while back i was selling a v10 lower with a bobtail slide(4" barrel w/ FLGR) Other then the V10 and the bobtail i also had a fbi trails. The idea was to have a 5" barrel/slide with a bobbed tail frame for my friend, a V10 slide/barrel (3.5") w/ a full size frame that i was to keep. And i would sell the v10 lower with bobtail slide combo, which i did on ebay. However after seeing the FBI trails my friend desided that the non bobbed tail full len

I was under the impression that the bobbed tail cut is a custom modification that can be done to all 1911's. I forget who but some guy started doing it. I either read an article on it on line or in a gun mag while buying food at the local 7eleven. Ill try to find it on line. ahhh reading farther into the review it explains where the bobtail came from.

If ur refering to my car its a toyota celica current set up is a 5sfte 2.2l turbo running about 8 psi. For u UK ppl thats umm a lill over .5 bar. Im also running aem UEGO system, APEXi SAFCII, HKS bov, anodized intercooler, MSD BTM system, 445cc injectors, 255lph walbro fuel pump, and some other odds and ends. The turbo was put on this year and ive been boostin happy ever since. Lots of research and lot of work. I now have a dorp leg p90 mag pouch mounted side ways on the lower strap of the chest harness that wraps around my back like a belt. It works really good and gives me two more pouches for mags.
