Yep, nothing different in that way. It is suprising how they have managed to get it rather close with the finishes of the different parts. Sometimes you can see a much bigger difference in the finishes. 'FireKnife'

Tokyo Marui Series 70 Nickel Finish: Well with me claiming this as one of, if not, TMs best pistols I shall give you a short review and pictures to show why. Nah, keeping the Series 70 Nickel mostly in Nickel as I prefer it to the two-tone look oddly. They just feel better as nearly one solid colour but I will change over some controls. 'FireKnife'

Good to hear all is well then Squad. Thank you . Because: 1. I was not keen on it and plan for two-toning as Squad points out. 2. I have many more black or blued guns than nickel / chrome ones so wasn't going to sell them all off and get new ones. 3. Does anywhere even do spare Nickel mags UK side? Either way I am sure someone else could put it to more use than me so off it went . I will be honest I do somewhat want to keep it in the felt lined box and only display it but it begs playing with and featuring in classic looking loadouts

You could always treat it like what I do with my chrome SAA. I bring it along as a backup and for pics but otherwise the black ones are the true workhorses.

Well for me if I go to an indoor site it might get used and for target shooting but not in the *suitcase* choices I have at the moment with mud everywhere. The darker coloured 1911s can be used for that.

Well I am getting a replacement sent out, thanks to ESC and RM are getting a long letter of complaint from me and a refund to go to ESC. All is as good as can be bar those tossers at RM.

Royal Mail, a useless bunch of *fruitcage*-ing *suitcase*-headed *Ubarflock* that can't actually deliver a *fruitcage*-ing item when you pay for a special service and then leave you with 'sorry no data can be found' when you use Track and Trace. Really, how hard can it be?

Well as it is still 'progressing through our network' I expect to see it today otherwise it won't be just a refund for postage I will be asking for. I don't call 'progressing' a good enough reason for it being late in the first place.
