Hello all, I'm just about to buy an Aug and have been looking around for stuff I can do with it. I found quite a few people saying that an internally silenced Aug is one of the quietest aegs in airsoft. After searching for a guide on how to do this the only one I could find was on a website that has been down since 2006. Here it is: Magic time travel... Well I don't plan to upgrade. Did I hear something about a VFC EGLM coming out?

I know this is a pic thread but it seems the place to ask Scar related questions. What are the main differences between the VFC and the Star? They're both the same price, give or take £10 but the Star comes with the EGLM. However, the general concensus seems to be that the VFC is a much better gun. What I want to know is, is it really so much better that it's worth sacrificing an EGLM?

New background for my laptop

The quality of plastic varies throughout the gun, the rail protectors are a fairly good looking, strong, textured plastic. The grip is a very nice polymer/fibre sort of stuff and is extremily strong, and the crane stock looks like the cheapest of the lot, it's slightly shiney and not as well textured as the rest. It also wobbles a little on my gun. Aside from all this it is made of very strong plastic, I can't easily bend anything on it by hand and the rubber on the butt is tough but soft enough at the same time. Hope that helps

Nothing really special, I got this today in a swap for my M14. I added a little length to the outer barrel so the silencer looks longer and put my aimpoint on there. I think it looks pretty good but I plan to get a tan CASV, body and emod. After that I'm not sure.

Hi, I know this is a long shot but does anyone here have the HFC cougar and if so have you tried any other mags in it? I've tried my friends hfc m92 mags but they won't fit in the mag well. Thanks
