  1. Not at all fearbefore, off a CA, yeah sure you can tell right away, but not a sportline. Nice job at covering it up.
  2. Thanks Blarney, I'm going to get a can for her soon, just have to find the right one
  3. Why thank you MERCILESSPIT, I sure do enjoy them.
  4. I don't have just one, but that's ok right? The Sr-15 is my 1st choice, followed closely by the M4-CASV. I don't get to use the AK much at all...
  5. I'm sorry to double post - but it won't allow me to edit my last, and I figured you guys and gals would want to see these. Enjoy...
  6. You can see these in their various threads, but this is a group shot -
  7. She's not a primary, but I decided to give her a new look while I was painting my 2 primaries. It was just too nice out to stay inside. You can see her sisters in the Armalite, suppressed, and Painted threads. - Enjoy...
  8. It's a G&P and I love it to death, perfect eye relief for the position it's in and I can acquire a target almost as fast as I did when I had a red dot, almost
  9. I made this post a while back, but I've re-done both of them since then so enjoy - KAC SR-15 ~ M4-CASV ~
  10. Nice job Titleist, you do look good with the weight off As overdone as that loadout is nowadays, it's nice to see someone who hasn't put a bunch of useless ###### on it. You seem to be of the dying breed that feels only mission required gear needs be put on. Cheers on a great kit.
  11. From my experience with EOtechs and ACOGs on both real firearms and AS rifle, nothing beats an ACOG. You can have your doc and pistol sights like da_ragin_ajun said and you have backup illumination from the sun! We really can't argue battery life as EOtechs do have a long battery life, but it still has to be replaced eventually. Cost effective investment wise, ACOG with mounting bracket and pistol holosight on the rear is the best I've ever shot with.
  12. Donut you're making me want a Marushin M500 more and more each time I see your creation! It almost calls me to get a m4 stock, rails, and surefire foregrip and suddenly make it my new primary
  13. Newhotness - I am trying to find a tan to blend in my OD on my SR-15, but the only type I find locally is Krylon "camo tan" and for my tastes it's a bit too bright. I'll look for the Khaki - great job on the upper - long guns rule!
  14. Yet another beautiful field STUNTMAN, we still have snow on the ground here in the Mid-west States! I can't wait for the warm weather to come.
  15. Has anyone found a replica EOTECH that doesn't reflect like a mirror and doesn't ghost so badly it can't be used indoors?
  16. WOW Black Stena, what an amazing place to play. It would seem all the best "fields" are in Europe. I'm so jealous
  17. Blarney you know me too well!
  18. Roecar we share the same RAS, they're just perfect aren't they?
  19. Snigel I'm totally digging that RASII. I just sold mine a while back for a CASV and after seeing your setup, I almost regret the sale
  20. Great kit Chevieblazer! I really like the low profile helmet - too many people wear large profile helmets these days and it stands out right away! You might want to paint that SCAR a little though
  21. Thanks for the reply usmc, I'll keep an eye out.
  22. usmcCorps - Great CASV - Do you know, or have you heard if there is a replica of that CASVM?
  23. Neovenom - You really know how to use that carbon fiber don't you! I loved that PSG-1 you have, and now that G36! Nice job.
  24. It is an older design that was employed by some SF(ARMY) units during the late 90s. I believe SEALs used them on their SPR/A and MK12's for some time. In fact they still might! But as it is an older design it has been getting phased out recently for more up to date manufactures such as KAC and Surefire.
  25. Hah! Thanks for the comments Bob, but she's really not that long in person. About 47in to be precise, no longer than a SVD Dragunov or SPR/A Mk12 with an OPS suppressor on. And she's only 5in longer than my M4 CASV with a OPS suppressor on. I am debating replacing the current barrel and suppressor combo for a heavier 20in barrel and OPS can to complete more of a "SPRish" look rather than a custom SR-15. I'll post when I can, if I do. Cheers for now.
