I have the HK3P PX4 and it's a nice gun, but I had to mod the hop to make it lift .25s. Other than that it's a nicely designed -clone and original- gun.

You also said what I quoted, thus the doubts. If it is skirmishable it is a good shooter. I get it's not an excellent shooter as a Marui would be. Now, to find a sale BTW, WGC has got the black version in pre-order. Launch by end of June/July.

I don't need superb accuracy, just a stable flat shot and reliable operation. For example, I can (and do) use OOTB KJWs.

So what's the veredict? Does it shoot properly or is it just a place to stick a RMR on?

Be sure to lube the o-rings with light oil adequate for rubber. The easiest/quickest would be to take the stock off and spray just a squirt of oil through the top intake. Assemble and shoot 4-5 times, then fill the tank properly and give it another go.

Back in March 2011 we purchased two of the -back then- lvl2 RA-Tech M14s, which are more like a 2.5 version they no longer make. I traded mine for a classic Escort gun, but the twin was pretty much stored at my buddy's place. Yesterday he sent it to me, and I'm tempted to keep it. In fact I ordered the only RA-T parts that it was missing: nozzle guides, trigger box and trigger spring pin. I'll make a full inspection, install the parts and re-grease, then try the mags with propane. If I'm not happy with the performance I'll probably get some of those HPA nipples. It's been almost 4 ye

So it's able to shoot for a while thanks to its big magazine. Nice. Now, does it shoot straight and accurate with small differences between shots? BTW reading this thread backwards is certainly entertaining!
