chas
If these are made by the same manufacturer as the ones at Dragonred, you can totally rely on them: I have bought more than 30 of both models, for 4 or 5 radio manufacturers, and they all worked flawlessly, not a single complaint. Crisp sending and recieving sound. But Im not sure whether they are made by the same company. Anyway, 37$ shipped for both models is a bargain. Externals look very good. http://ebaybanned.com/product_info.php?cur...roducts_id=1582 http://ebaybanned.com/product_info.php?cur...roducts_id=1581
yyc
Nope, they are not. Notice the difference between the mic of the headsets. uscmCorps
These appear to be copies of the Cavalvy Headsets. If they're as good as the Cavalvy headsets... then they're very very good.
RedRaptor
Do any of these work with the Midland handheld radios, or do I need to go buy a set of Motorolas?

Frakk2k
Is the motorola the 1 pin, or is it the Kenwood?
chas
Seeing as one pic shows a 1-Pin connector and the other, a 2-Pin connector, it could be that he has both options... or not. Someone has to send paul an email to clarify this. As far as I know (and dont take my word for it): they won't work for Midlands. Best thing you can do is ask in the technical section, there are a lot of radio experts around that can help you.
matato1
Usually 1-Pin are Motorola, and 2Pin are Kenwoods.

Revolver Dropalot
Hi guys, Mine arrived this morning, I got the swimmer style and so far I am very impressed! I haven't had chance to test the function of it yet as the batteries on my radio died at the weekend, but externally it is good. The wiring and PTT are very substantial, well made and are going to last a long time. The speaker/mike also look and feel good. The only real let down so far is straps, which feel a bit flimsy but they work Ok and keep it stuck on your head. For £19 its a bargain! Cheers, Matt p.s I can confirm that the Motorola connection is the single pin one.
