  1. I don't have any DPM pictures yet, but i have ordered some Desert DPM trousers and New issue desert Boots, i was wondering if i could get desert DPM PLCE Ammo pouches and a yoke,or if they're Army Issue only could anyone help me out? Oh and ill post the pictures in a month or so when i get back from Africa.
  2. I think its an amazing effort and outcome, although i dont really like MP5s the paintjob has made me think about buying one.
  3. Admitted its a good paintjob but i dont think the colours would provide more camouflage than the original black plastic IMO, the colour need to be a little brighter, unless its the camera, in which case i think its a fine paintjob.
  4. Basically, it is not a copy of a real weapon, it is vaguely based on the M1 carbine from WW2 Korea and Vietnam. It is the marushin super enforcer wood stock model, maxi 8mm version. It is not based on a real gun, although its the airsoft variant of a modified M1 carbine full auto, so maybe you could say it is a Modified M2 carbine? all that aside its damn nice.
  5. Yeah, where's Candyman when you need him .
  6. Is that a gas Tanaka L96 or the Maruzen spring version.
  7. does it acctually help make it more silent, i ask is i assume your 1911 is GBB.
  8. Yes well im sure black jack likes it thats why he bought the kit, i personally like classic AKs but it is a nice future army look. and PMC stylee, its personal and thats whats so great about it, its one of a kind.
  9. You have swayed me fellowz i never thought of anyone using it for CQB although i would never use that setup for woodland.
  10. Yes a nice tropical pattern, although it reminds me of tie dye aswell.
  11. Yargh, strange setup for an M14, more like a poor attempt at a Sopmod, doesnt work for me at all.
  12. That is the nicest famas i have ever seen. And i hate the famas.
  13. I'm assuming those are wooden grips? anyway it looks really authentic.
  14. I am seriously feelin' those last two guns, especially the "pimped" MP7.
  15. Still im not opposed to it, its a damned nice M14 , and yeah i know what you mean, were all cheapskates in one area or another.
  16. Ill be going to war and peace this year, no reenactments just going to buy a few things, me and a mate are going airborne, itll be hot as hell though.
  17. Thats the reason i got the gear, i used to have para gear and i thought it wrong of me to wear it as i had not earned the right to wear them.I dont think there is a problemwith me wearing my WW2 Airbone gear, plenty of veterans go to war and peace in kent, they even had the real people they based band of brothers flown in especially, im sure they would be happy fo people to reenact what it was like.
  18. Very nice RPK there Hoppum , where did you get the banana mag?
  19. Yeah its a very nice M14 alright, although the ACOG doesnt really suit the M14 IMO.
  20. This is the gear i tend to use at the moment as my AK is out of action. I have also posted some other pictures in the WW2 thread. Its pretty comfortable and i can move my pouches and spade(if needed) around to anywhere, the boots are the only bad part, last skirmish the heel came apart on my left boot and i had to have it glued back on. Everything else is good and im happy with it, only complaint i have is when a BB hits the helmet you dont half have a bloody ringing in your ears. Cheers guys.
  21. You need to buy the correct threaded barrel, for the specific model.
  22. Yes it is true that the G&G blowback units on the L85s are bad but if you unhook them they are ok but small pieces still break and fall into the gearbox, a friend bought an A1 when they first came out in japan or HK and sice sending his off to be repaired because of the pieces falling into the gearbox, its a great gun, better thatn the star because it doesnt constantly ###### out on you like my brothers L85 does.
