Just yesterday was the first time I'd ever gleaned my AK and mags. I figured when rust flakes off the mags and the bolt grinds with sand it's a good idea. Still works just fine though.

This is my loadout I usually wear because of its practicality and comfort. Dropped the 1st line because it was so cold and I had no "fuel" for my 226 so carrying it was usless. Eventually will turn this into a SEALS type loadout with an MK14 Mod 0. to replace my AK104 along with one of them new fangled IBH helmets. 1st line: Suspenders (OD) Blackwater MOLLE Belt (RG) Blackwater gas mask pouch (RG) DBT M60 pouch (RG) 10'(ish) 100mph Tape (OD) 10'(ish) paracord (OD) 6004 P226 2nd line: Eagle plate carrier (RG) TT shoulder pads (OD) DBT Patrol Pack (RG) Eagle triple

Crazy! I've got the 104 and it's plastic! My friends 104 also came with a fuse and mine doesn't.

Actually, they don't. I own one and it does not have a metal hop up. It's not needed either because the front end and receiver go together in a far superior way to any other AK on the market.

The G&P shottie stocks supposidly go directly on the EBR stocks. This is because the chassis is cut at the same angle as the 870. That said, I CAN'T WAIT FOR MY EBR! Quick question though. How do you EBR users deal with batteries? Is it a pain to get the battery out and put it in? How is the weight distribution on the chopmod's y'all have? I'm going with the G&P shortie EBR and want to now how you all feel about it. Thanks!

The Eagle plate carrier has far more room than a MAV and it does NOT flop around due to the elastic in the cumberbund.

Almost! 1st line is right, what you need to survive, 2nd line would include the plate carrier, what you need to carry on the fight, and 3rd line is heavy sustainment, such as a RAID pack.

Our team's "WWII Guru" is working on a FG-42 using one of the non firing replicas. It's going to be a feat. The only gearbox that even has gears small enough to fit in the norrow body of the FG-42 is an AEP. Add to that the slanted handle and it's going to be tough.

My "boo boo kitty" will not be buried any time soon. She like the EPC!
