    CZ Picture Thread

That's really nice with the squared off front end! 3D print?
  2. I reckon it's ok because it's a near-100% clone.
  3. I had a WE MP5 and bought a cheapo RIS foregrip for it, which turned out to be made to real steel spec and it would have needed fitting. In the end I sold it to a friend who had a VFC MP5 and got a CYMA RIS foregrip which was a drop in fit. TBH I thought this was a cracking gun, though the recoil spring needed a bit of a boost and I replaced the barrel and hop-up rubber on mine to eke out a bit more range and accuracy. I also put a shim in the nozzle as a flow reducer as the stock power was about 1.7J with greengas and HK temperatures (!)
  4. KYairsoft and get the WE XM177 handguards. They'll be RS spec though, so be prepared to mod them to fit TM EBBs and their wonky delta rings.
  5. Is that for a recoil shock? Because if it isn't, that magazine shell hasn't been cut down nearly enough.
  6. You guys are doing great work. When I get some cash together I'll definitely get one of your deluxe kits and make a video review. What kind of pricing are you looking at?
  7. Nope. Harder rubbers seal better, but softer rubbers grip more. Heavier BBs work better with softer rubbers, but higher air pressure seals better with a harder rubber. In an AEG, which has only a small lip to seal against the nozzle, this can be a major concern. The we/TM gbb rubbers, however, will never experience blowby because of their long, thick sealing section. As a result, using the softer rubbers is fine.
  8. Hop-up and barrel wise, I'd recommend a mapleleaf delta or decepticon rubber in 50deg hardness, paired with either a mapleleaf or Angrygun inner barrel. If going for the angrygun barrel make sure it's the old style cut, not the new WE specific cut.
  9. Depending on prices, I'd be up for a WE kit.
  10. Is that the WE? Very nice.
  11. You'd need to clamp the barrel in a collet, get a 90 degree collet block and then go to town on a pillar drill.
  12. They all perform largely the same. The SCAR H has the biggest recoil weight so it theoretically has the best recoil. The SCARs are a maaaaaaaaaaaaassive pain in the *albartroth* to open up though, even to get to basic things like the hop up unit. I'd stick with the HK416.
  13. Last order I put in with them got smacked by customs.
  14. Juggernaut game at my local last week. 3 degrees out and I was still sweating like a blind nun in a fishmongers. Need some more armour on the lower arms, I looked like I had measles at the end of it.
  15. Do you know what the thread is on the outer? I imagine it wouldn't take much effort to machine an adaptor.
  16. Seems to work ok. I'm thinking about just replacing it all with a WE nozzle assembly. My barrel window was TM GBB pistol style. Pretty rough cut, no bridge.
  17. So, some more thoughts on the WELL clone: Works well enough with a few mods: 1) Put an Oring between the gas piston and bolt carrier to stop it from coming loose and to get it to align better 2) Replaced the hop-up rubber with one that wasn't awful 3) Replaced the return spring for the nozzle 4) Used WE magazines I'm hoping the co2 magazines come back in stock at some point, I'd love to pick some up for my WELL AKs. Also, WE has yet to make Co2 magazines and I have access to a machine shop. Methinks I might have to get schwifty.
  18. Thought I'd ask here as you'd probably know best: Can a WE M14 fit in a real JAE stock? Has anyone done so?
