  1. I wish I could take the credit for it, currently she's all the the work of Aitch, however in time this will change With stock folded... just in case nobody could imagine it, lol.
  2. Okay, not a prettily presented as some, but so proud of my purchase from Aitch that I wanted to share. For your delectation, a gun which causes more arguments that it ever stopped. Marketed as a Sub-Machine Gun, but carrying other names on RS sites, such as Sub-Carbine, Sub-Assault Rifle, PDW. I'm happy to go with the manufacturor F R Ordnance and call it an SMG. The most frequent misnomer regarding this gun is it's name, on airsoft sites and computer game sites everywhere you'll see it called a G3 SBS, on real steel sites you'll see it called the MC51 Suppressed, or MC51 SBS - I've ye
  3. FELDJAGER: As ever the best answers come from the real steel site and a bit of research http://swissarms2.ath.cx/index.php?id=30&L=1 While there is indeed a real steel low profile mount, as seen on the upper model it's part of the receiver, as all of the 55X range in airsoft come with the Dioptre Sight Receiver, I believe your only choice would be to custom build... or convert a real steel receiver
  4. Some beautiful guns in here, not so much a fan of the American Sig range though, I'm almost tempted to unpack mine (while it's still mine) from it's box and get some shots of it. lol, this is the problem with the SIG, I wanted a G36 for my first AEG and every time I went to the local airsoft shop I got distracted with a TM 552 with HurricanE body they had on the wall... after the fourth visit and spending yet another 10 minutes fondling it and feeling the reassuring weight I bit the BB and forked out for it. Now I'm broken hearted at having to sell it, but there is another gun I want and I'm
  5. Heh, so many great pictures in this thread... I need to hang about near more photgraphers, lol. Here I can be seen using no cover whatsoever, actually I was 10 metres into the game area from the deadzone and was checking for people hiding in the rhodendendrum jungle up ahead before moving further in... I think this is the only photo of me playing after a year

Why cross-post this in here? This is not an Airsofting Picture Thread, oh and someone already beat you to it... http://www.arniesairsoft.co.uk/forums/inde...howtopic=164201
  7. I feel the need to kill it with fire.
  8. My little TM P7M13 springer, a £7 bargain from Battle Orders, a great set of trades on this model, very impressive. These two pictures show the extra safety provided by having to squeeze the front of the grip in order for it to fire. THis is in addition to the very small safety at the rear of the gun, just below the slide, very tricky to manipulate and so I generally keep it on and rely on the grip safety. Safe Live
  9. I think the only ones I've seen have been the manky unlined ones, however apparently they do a lined winter version, were those the ones you were using? Just wondering as it's only really my fingers I feel the cold in when skirmishing... damn that huge heat sucking lump of metal I have to hold, lol.
  10. Nice outfit, you got to do with your BW Snowy Suit what I didn't when it snowed here... take pictures, lol, I was having too much fun being unseen to remember. An interesting choice on the gloves though, apparently most BW soldiers keep their grey gloves in their right hand cargo pocket (in case they are required to wear them for some reason) and then they wear self bought gloves. Have you thought of going for the heavy winter gloves they keep appearing quite cheaply on ebay (not so great for tiny trigger guards though) but kept my fingers lovely and warm during the snow game. Al
  11. To correct your post, some models of the Mehler vests have the LKS attachment points, not all, it depends what version they are using.
  12. Bramston is the non-trademark infringing version of Branston, as in pickle.
  13. Definately Branston, it's just down the road from where I grew up. Apparently cr@p is filtered with #'s... Can we have "Winnie the Pooh" instead?
  14. Whipped you up this one in Window's Paint
  15. Have to agree with you, on the sci-fi front... I think one of these may be on my list of builds for my Airsoft LARP games The advantage being I won't need to buy new mags *grin*

EDIT: Suitcasey, nice touch, lol. Hmmm Ubar with an ing on the end still gets through, lol. Although maybe it's an expression limited to me and my more vitriolic rants, lol hmm further tests..
