smocks are usually cut larger. my smock is 180/96 whicih basically represents your height/chest size, you cant wear a snugpak jacket beneath it for instance.

I think they just recently switched. Plenty of pics with kryloned L85ers around. But yea as dark says, they most propably get away with it.
