Just the usual spray job using Rustoleum Dark Taupe. Since the trademarks are raised instead of being engraved, I just sanded the paint off of the trademarks carefully. -Ex

This metal shard has fallen out of both H.K 3PX4s that I have had. It's a piece of the slide between where the outer barrel sits against the BBU. The gun functions fine, so I didn't really think much of it. However, I imagine it could cause some damage if it were to get lodged in the loading muzzle or hop up unit. Something to be mindful of. If this piece hasn't came out of your H.K 3PX4 already, it's a fair bet that it will eventually. Edit: Regarding the magazines, I believe there are a total of 3 different brands making PX4 magazines. Hmm. My old KJW didn't like TM mags at all. It also didn't have front and rear serrations on the grip like the newer KJWs do. Weird. -Ex

Pretty sure the KJW's are indeed clones of the Tokyo Marui. I know all of the barrel/hop up upgrades available for the TM will work in the KJW. Though, for some reason, Tokyo Marui magazines won't work with the KJW. -Ex

Another modification that should aid in gas efficiency is putting shims under the rubber gas ports on the magazines. I believe a company located in the UK makes them for the Marui GBB Series. Can't remember who it was, though, I remember them posting about them on Arnies at one point. -Ex

Painted my PX4 frame with Dark Taupe and Clear Matte transitioning between sprays. Came out well.

I live on a dead end street. Most of my neighbors play as well and almost everyone on my street knows I airsoft. Albeit, front yards aren't the best place to take photos, but neither are back yards when there are pets present on each corner. Cheers, Ex

Got some shooting done today. Hop up seems fairly inconsistent, but that may be due to it not being fully broken in. Aside from that, the BBs go where they are supposed to. -Ex
