yeah i know what a real one looks like. i wasnt saying that i stood by sniperx's statement, i was just saying.

now i look at the vids again i see what you mean about the blowback distance, its not that much at all.

and who said i was talking about RS using an escort system? im sure theyre more than capable of making their own clever little box of gas operated tricks :)

yeah, sadly it's more likely that they'll go that route :(

but you cant deny that a hard kicking GBB version would be epic.

Yes it would be epic.

And for God's sake, please stop argueing, at least for today. It's Christmas, and this should be a day of peace. I need not site the Christmas truce during the first World War. You can open fire again tomorrow, but just for the rest of today, lets all stop argueing.

Merry Christmas,

~Floyd

I have ID'd the guns for sure.

Top left: Type 05 silenced SMG

Top right: Type 97B

Bottom right: Type 97 "sniper rifle"

At the very bottom left: SVD

The Type 97 "sniper rifle" is going to be gas powered, so I would assume that the SVD is too.

top left: JS 9mm SMG

top right: Type 97B

middle left: Type 56-II SOPMOD (fictional, not in use by the Chinese PLA)

middle right: Type 56-I

bottom left: Type 97

bottom right: QBU-88

(cant say type 97 sniper b/c it's not even the same caliber as the 97)

(type 95 sniper is close b/c they fire the same ammo, but still, internal mechanism is different)

(might as well call the sr25 a m4 "sniper rifle and the SVD a ak47 "sniper rifle" :D )

middle top: Type 81

middle bottom: NDM-86

next to it: Type 56

sources: world.guns.ru, wikipedia, securityarms

i wish they'd do a type 95 or type 03 though... like someone said earlier

a pistol would also be nice, the QSZ-92

Romania never made a Dragunov.. Soviet Union/Russia and China did.. the Chinese one is i nreal life a 1:1 copy of the Russian one down to the rear sight leaf markings etc.. Chinese called it the Type 79 or Type 85 (NDM series were civilian).

Iraqi's also made a copy, but it seems like it doesn't share a lot of components with it's Russian counterpart.

Second thought i dont really want a dragunov with Chinese markings, the only Chinese gun i want is a type 56 (to bury in mud and beat the ###### out of ;) )

I would want a Russian one with some decent wood furniture that isn’t violently expensive and not ridiculously hard to get
