M1abrams
That valve kit will work in the WE SCAR right sparco? Yes it should, the nozzle for the WE M4 and the SCAR are both pretty much the same (Unless I missed some info somewhere) So this should work the in SCAR without any problems. However, I'm sure the WE rep here can shed some more light on it. PS, sorry to steal your thunder firb! I'm a thunder thief
apmaman
I seen that on airsoft news, from 250fps and upwards on co2 which is exactly what I've been wanting. Looks like I will be getting one of these! and I'll have two SCARS haha, an AEG and a GBB...
rvp69
That's a good amount of time. Jeeesh... lol. I'm a bit worries about EVIKE.com and their stocks. Makes me wonder how much they are going to broadcast the gun and not have enough even before the release date. When does Airsoftbuddy.com get it on pre-order? i pre-ordered mine 2 weeks ago, through william@airsoft buddy...i was impressed with the shipping of my m16,paypal'd it monday night(end of may)shipped tuesday morn(HK) arrived in NZ wednesday afternoon, picked up from customs friday morn, all with in the same week! BrooklynBorn
The SCAR has 14mm negative threading Oh god I'm a complete retard. That means Counter Clockwise right?

smokenghosts
I'm a little surprised they went with the KAC flash hider. It looks great with it I just can't get enough of the SCAR and ACR type ones.

It looks great with it I just can't get enough of the SCAR and ACR type ones. I think it looks nice; but it doesn't matter for me since I'm just going to use my King Arms Silencer on there. smokenghosts
I might go with a KAC one, at least until I see what it looks like with the longer barrel. I'm finding it nearly impossible to decide on what color to get. I never really saw a black SCAR before.
fiddlesticks4220
? Tan if u play desert and black for everything else.
smokenghosts
Well it's mostly just preference on the look of the gun; I play all over the place and just use different guns.

I'm finding it nearly impossible to decide on what color to get. I never really saw a black SCAR before. I'm going to go with the TAN version even though I am in woodland. I just think that the Tan w/black parts would be less bold then a totally black gun, I could be wrong though. If I am... then I'll totally get the black version. Besides if we get the black version we will not need to worry about waiting for the Tan magazines to be released. On a side note, I wonder what WETTI is doing? He has not been on this topic in a while now.

I wonder if the this style of grenade launcher will fit on it. http://www.airsoft-war4.com/photos/200712190935.jpg
smokenghosts
Yea that's a plus for all the m4 users, that way we don't need to have a set of tan and black magazines. I think that launcher should fit, but the WE version of the SCAR is definitely slimmer so don't quote me on that. I assume WETTI has been busy; I was hoping for some snapshots of the black model too. stickyittoyou
no reason why it shouldn't. That's what I was thinking as well. There's something about the black model that I just... don't like. Maybe because it's just... ALL BLACK (Not being racist) I'd rather see an Olive Drab, then just.... black.
smokenghosts
I actually understand what you mean. I just really really don't want to spend the money for 2 different set of magazines when I could just save the money and use the m4 ones. Decisions decisions.

I just really really don't want to spend the money for 2 different set of magazines when I could just save the money and use the m4 ones. Decisions decisions. Yeah I know... Hmmm just to break up the outline of the gun... black mags for this probably would help out.
Carter
Seriously? Why do you have to have tan mags in a tan gun? If I ever get the money for this I am definately getting a tan one.

smokenghosts
Yea a tan one needs a tan mag. I personally don't even like the look of a black vertical grip on the tan SCAR. I do have a black EOTech, but I'm sure that would still look alright.
smokenghosts
Anyone know if there is a compartment in the stock of the SCAR that could hold some batteries? Also could a real MIAD grip fit on this?
BrooklynBorn
Is the flash hider going to be easily removable, or do we have to practically melt it off like with the AGM?
smokenghosts
Well some M4 users had theirs lock tight but I'm sure WETTI has improved the SCAR. They looked at all the minor issues with the M4 and most likely fixed it. I guess we just have to wait and see.
DamnLion
I don't see why its not possible to spray paint/airbrush the mag casing tan?
