Sticking a SIR, some rail covers, etc on an ICS M4 doesn't really make it custom. When I saw the post I got a bit excited. AEX's $1200 plastic-bodied "Yes S.I.R" may be the only worse deal. I have no experience but people say it's nice, but the hammer and recoil springs are a little weak. I was planning on getting one until TM announced their 4.1 or 4.5 or whatever.
