Big Boom and Mushroom cloud. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> In MechWarrior2 I once set up a Dire Wolf (Daishi) with a dozen or so ER PPCs. Of course, it cost all the armor, a much lighter engine, and all the heat sinks, but for a Pulse PPC, it was worth it. I also once fitted a Firemoth (Dasher) with a dozen or so Clan Flamers, as large an engine as I could stick in it, and no heat sinks. It actually took a while to self-destruct.... M0ldyM!LK
ERPPCs and Gauss Rifles are freaking awesome. It's fun to build a light mech, load it up with weapons that' LOVE to overheat, and crank up the top speed on it. Use it as a suicide bomber ;D -- Which reminds me, in MechWarrior 4, there was a suicide charge availible in MP. That thing was loads of fun to load up on an Osiris
Jagdraben
Didn't they take that out in MW4: Mercs?
Lanesracra
So I just downloaded a Vietnam mod for OFP (the mod makes you chase down 8000 addons, blarg!), and it was pretty good. Aside from using a blackhawk and some poor text dialogue, it's actually really cool and immersive.
