does your dog/cat try to kill things?

i have a jack russel that is very passive, but as soon as she sees a snake she wont stop untill one of them is dead. in the last three years she has killed 7 snakes.

My cats don't kill anything more than bugs. One of my cats watched a fly for about 2 hours before she got it. I can't keep their attention that long with a Laser pointer.

Well, I have one of both. They're both female. They both have not only killed things, but they've eaten them, too. (The dog has killed and eaten rabbits and the cat has killed and eaten birds and mice.)

One of my dogs eats insects, all the dogs like to kill rats and cats and thrash them around like chew toys, and one of the cats likes to kill/eat rats and birds leaving their heads on our driveway.

yeah my yellow labrador snatched low flying doves out if the air in fromt of out bird feeder. shes one cute hunting dog

Three of my dogs try and kill other peoples dogs, when provoked. The'yre fine until the other dog gets aggressive, and then the *beep* hits the fan. Getting them calmed down isn't fun. They playfight with the other dogs at home though, with no problems

 

And my cat regularly takes swings at the terrier. She eats spiders, insects etc and birds as well

I have 2 Jack Russels and a cat. The cat ocasionally catches moles, but this week I swear the dogs must have been on a rampage. There is a trail of assorted dead animals leading to the front door, the largest of which was a rabbit :/.
