KWA RELEASING KM16 BATTLE RIFLE

Rosemead, CA – July 15, 2008 – KWA USA today announced the imminent release of KM16 - Battle Rifle, a new addition to the family of KWA M4/M16 AEGs. The new AEG is based off of the M16A3 variant featuring removable carrying handle and full auto capability.

The KWA KM16 shares the same robust construction as the KM4 series but is tuned to go the extra distance. Equipped with M130 equivalent springs, 509mm barrel, and an improved piston, the new AEG shoots at an impressive 410+ feet per second and has a longer effective range than it’s KM4 brethrens. Constructed from high-grade metal alloy and impact resistance polymers, the KM16 Battle Rifle is built to last.

Like all of the KM4 series AEGs, the KM16-Battle Rifle is engineered to accept variety of power source, including the latest Lithium Polymer and Lithium Manganese batteries. A hidden battery compartment within the buttstock accommodates a wide range of battery sizes including the 9.6V NiMH large battery.

The KWA KM16-Battle Rifle will be available in the US by mid August of 2008 and will only be sold through KWA USA Authorized Resellers. Manufacture suggested retail price for the KWA KM16-Battle Rifle will be $399.95. All KWA products come with a 45 days warranty.

Hahah, you guys are punks.

This is AWESOME...I have one apart on my bench with a shreaded piston due to a follower that came unscrewed...minor issue...but you have to see the mechbox on these from the inside to believe how good they are. This is the first mechbox I've seen that came without shims...ANY shims...and it doesn't need them, the fit is so good!

Gotta add this to the GOTTA HAVE list!

Thumpy...OVER

Do you mean this particular model, or does that count for previous KWA models too?

KWA Can't call it a M16A4.... it doesn't have three round burst.

neither do the airsoft M16A2s... thats a minor issue, allizard

but yes, the KWA AR line is fantactic. perfect, in my opinion... all they need are trademarks, and perfection would result.

anyone know if KWAs M16A4 will have a milspec type barrel, and will fit an M5 RAS and/or M203 with no issue?

hopefully they will make the version they made for their M4s, with the USMC Eagle, Globe and Anchor... not real, but damned cool. and i already have a G&P with FN trades, so id like one of those

-Joe

Actually... they do. In asia version they have marine trade. In europe version they have armalite trade.

for the people who whine about $400 too much. One, airsoft used to cost that much just a few years ago. Two, price is MSRP. When is the last time you paid MSRP?!!
