There's possibly a few tiny differences on the outside, but lets be honest if you get an appropriate model to start with and change over the mags you can make just about any of the AK-1xx series you like, close enough anyway. The 5.56 versions are the tricky ones, but a 5.45 mag is probably close enough dimensions wise anyway.

no. Metal body always comes first, then later steel body

all Dboys AK recievers are steel, as well as most of the rear half. the front ends are largely pot metal.

thats the case with all their other models so i dont see why they would take a backwards step, especially when they're already stamping identical recievers.

yeah, i think the full steel AKS74 was supposed to come out about a year ago <_<

A year and about 4 months.. Agonizing wait really.

But Vander shot me 2 PMs late last month saying they should be availible soon. Hopefully, thats a lot of steel to source, and knowing Kalash they will be making a lot of them.

hold on your horses, making making hehe, one at a time :P

I saw some pics for a month ago, where I saw an AKMS under an AK74 and I believe that it was under the kalash news section, however I could be mistaken. The ak74 in full steel is good enough for me :D ...

usually from my direct news, if i get the news usually 5-10 days after you can start seeing them in HK shops, offcourse i might miss some news obviously :P cannot be in contact with all the factories day and night hehe, so i can miss something sometimes, but i do my best to keep you up to date, when i hear it, you get it :)
